AI transparency.

Information on the artificial-intelligence systems used by the Renow Platform, provided in line with the transparency obligations of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 ("EU AI Act") and with our Terms and Conditions of Use.

Which AI systems we use

The Platform provides tools based on artificial intelligence: the Argonauti® agents and the related analysis, scoring and reporting features.

  • VIGIA® (early-stage): pre-due-diligence scan of external risks — 27 checks across 5 areas with a traffic-light index and prioritised red flags, each with its source.
  • KRONOS® (mid-stage): technical-economic and risk-factor analysis; project sheet and pipeline summary with two scenarios.
  • ARGO® (late-stage): documentary and territorial due diligence with an M&A verdict, prioritised red flags and a missing-documents list.

Nature of the outputs

  • You are always informed when you are interacting with an AI system, and outputs may be AI-generated.
  • Outputs are informational and supportive: they do not replace due diligence, professional advice or your decisions.
  • They do not constitute a personalised recommendation or a guarantee of result and are provided “as is”.
  • Every finding cites its source, so each data point can be traced and verified.

Human oversight

AI outputs are subject to internal validation: reports are verified by ReNow’s in-house team of engineers before being shared. The Platform accelerates and structures analysis — it does not decide. Final decisions always rest with the User.

Data protection

Sensitive data is masked on ingestion and never exposed to the AI models. Input data and documents may be processed to produce outputs and to operate and improve the services, within the limits and safeguards of the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, subject to an adequate legal basis.
